A manufacturing engineer turned CEO, Sheila has led teams at Whirlpool, General Motors (GM), and Fluke. She has experienced the communication barriers and digitization challenges between HR, employees, and managers and has made it her mission to solve them. 

TeamSense is the app-free attendance management and workforce management platform for hourly employees.  Most hourly employees do not have a company email, so the entire experience is delivered seamlessly over text.
